When sleep isn’t working, this course helps you understand what your sleep actually needs so you can stop guessing and start sleeping again.
Why this works when other sleep advice hasn’t
Most sleep advice fails because it assumes everyone’s sleep problem is the same. People are told to follow routines, rules, or hacks without understanding why their body needs something, and then blame themselves when it doesn’t work.
My approach starts earlier.
You wouldn’t build a house on a shaky foundation, and the same is true for sleep. When you don’t understand what your sleep actually needs, no routine is going to stick.
^^ The execution is personal.
Just like one person might feel best on a Mediterranean-style diet and another does better with higher protein, different approaches can still support the same goal.
Sleep works the same way. Your wind-down routine doesn’t need to look like mine. It just needs to do what your body needs it to do.
In this course, I teach you the why and then invite you to experiment. That’s how people walk away with something that doesn’t just work for a week, but actually sticks. For many, it’s the first time sleep starts to feel understandable instead of frustrating.
"Lindsay’s framework finally gave me language for what was happening with my sleep. I understand my triggers, what actually helps, and I make better decisions because of it."
"Once I hit menopause, I stopped sleeping through the night. I was waking up around 3:00 a.m. five nights a week and staying awake for one to two hours. I’m only in week two, and I’ve woken up just once, at 2:00 a.m., for about an hour. I’m thrilled."
"This course taught me more than all my doctor visits combined. I finally understand the bigger picture and feel confident advocating for myself again."
What happens when you begin
When you start this course, the first thing that changes isn’t perfection. It’s clarity.
You’ll understand what’s been getting in the way of your sleep and what’s worth your attention right now. That alone reduces a lot of the stress people carry into bedtime. From there, the course helps you move toward a clear plan that actually fits your life, instead of jumping from tip to tip.
^^ It's about FINALLY doing the right things.
It's about letting go of the rest (especially the stress around sleep).
You don’t need to believe this will fix everything. You just need to be ready to stop guessing and have a clearer way forward.
It’s designed as a clear first step when sleep isn’t working and you’re tired of guessing. The goal is to give you clarity and direction, not add more pressure or complexity.
You’ll have lifetime access to the course and all downloadable materials, so you can revisit them as your sleep needs change.
If you’re not sure what’s wrong with your sleep or what to try next, this course is designed to be the place you start.

Hi, I’m Lindsay. I’m a sleep health educator, patient advocate, and writer with a certification in neurobiology and sleep science. I also lived with an undiagnosed sleep disorder for nearly 20 years before I finally got the right help.
For over two decades, I worked alongside high-powered leaders across entertainment, politics, and government—including President Obama and Former First Lady Michelle Obama—all while navigating undiagnosed narcolepsy and ADHD. I learned, the hard way, how easily sleep issues are misunderstood, minimized, or treated with advice that simply doesn’t work.
Once I was diagnosed, I went deep into the science of sleep and nervous system regulation. I’ve since spent years helping people make sense of their sleep, especially when they’ve tried everything and still feel stuck.
This course is built around the clarity I wish I’d had earlier. It’s here to help you understand what’s actually happening in your body, why generic advice may have failed you, and how to make informed decisions about your sleep.
This course is educational and is not a replacement for medical care. It does not diagnose or treat sleep disorders.
That said, the course does walk you through how to recognize when your sleep issues may be a sign of something deeper, what questions to ask, and how to seek appropriate medical support if needed.
The goal is to help you better understand your sleep so you can make informed decisions about next steps, whether that’s adjusting your habits, seeking additional support, or advocating for yourself in a medical setting.
Many people discover through this course that their sleep struggles weren’t a personal failure, but a signal that they needed different support and got it.
